If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation. Mum Circle Ltd may amend these Terms at any time; your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Use of the Site
2.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
- Use automated means to access or scrape the Site.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
- Use the Site for unauthorised commercial purposes, except as an approved event provider.
2.2 Account Registration
Certain features, such as booking events or accessing the community forum, require an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.
3. Events and Services
3.1 Booking and Payment
Bookings for virtual or in-person events (e.g., mum and baby sensory sessions, wellness workshops) are subject to availability. Payment is due at booking via the Site using accepted methods. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Mum Circle Ltd reserves the right to vary prices; confirmed bookings are unaffected.
3.2 Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers
All bookings are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at [insert link to Refund Policy] or upon request.
3.2.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking confirmation to cancel any booking for any reason and receive a full refund.

- If the event occurs during this period and you attend, the right is lost for that event.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of valid cancellation.
3.2.2 After the Cooling-Off Period
- No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations, no-shows, or non-attendance.
- Transfers: You may transfer your booking to a friend or family member once only, provided:

- The replacement meets all eligibility criteria (e.g., baby under 13 months).
- Transfers are not permitted to different event types or future terms.
3.2.3 Cancellation by Mum Circle Ltd
We may cancel or reschedule events due to low enrolment, facilitator illness, venue issues, or force majeure.
- You will receive a full refund or transfer to an alternative event of equal value.
- Notice will be given via email and/or the Site.
- We are not liable for additional costs (e.g., travel).
3.3 Event Participation
Events are generally for mothers and babies up to 13 months old, unless stated otherwise. Follow facilitator instructions for safety. Mum Circle Ltd is not liable for injury or loss except where caused by our negligence. By attending, you consent to the use of your and your baby’s image in promotional materials unless you opt out in writing in advance.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by Mum Circle Ltd or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may download or print material for personal, non-commercial use only, retaining all notices.
5. User Contributions
5.1 Forums and Reviews
You may post content ("User Contributions") in designated areas. You grant Mum Circle Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Site.
5.2 Content Standards
User Contributions must not be illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringe third-party rights. Mum Circle Ltd may remove content and terminate accounts for breaches.
