Each 60-minute session features:
Community circle time
Expert-led discussions on sleep, postnatal fitness, and baby sensory development
Professional support from qualified specialists
Led by experienced facilitators including the founder of Mum Circle Ltd (Baby Sensory Ealing owner for 5 years), plus guest sleep consultant, postnatal PT, and sensory expert.
